The Ranch follows an asset-based community development model, which seeks to find the strengths in the community and support local efforts. This leads the Ranch to individuals, schools, businesses, and organizations who are seeking to serve their community. We believe we are better together. More prominent partners that the Ranch works with are DIF (National System for Integral Family Development or el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia), a couple of key local schools, and Starbucks as they seek to serve the children and families in the the same neighborhoods that the Ranch serves in. Both of these groups have used the Ranch for programs and we seek to serve them through assistance in programs and sharing of resources as they continue their hard work in the communities of La Paz. And beyond these prominent partners, are the countless unseen actions of individuals who work to serve and love their neighbors on a daily basis.
